Best service ever! Paschall Plus Plumbing & HVAC is dependable, prompt, & understands the importance of good service. Chad has been to our home a couple of times for plumbing projects. He is a perfectionist dedicated to providing the best service possible. We had originally called a different plumbing company from an ad & left a message on voicemail. That company called back later in the day when Chad was already here & halfway done with the job. This is the company we will call for all plumbing and HVAC needs.

Awesome Customer Service! Great install and service with a tankless water heater from Bill, Dave, and Tim. They made it very easy as a customer not to be without hot water at any time. I would recommend anyone to call Bruce for estimates and have this crew work at any plumbing job!

I was in a bind a few years ago and new to the area. It was Saturday and I had just noticed a leak. The first place I called said "we will call you on Monday to see about getting someone out there within the next 30 days." Unable to work with this, I called Paschall Plumbing next. I spoke with Bruce who sent Chad out the next day. Chad spent a little while checking out the situation and then explained the problem to me in a way that I could understand which I really appreciated. The next day he went to the supply house, got the stuff to fix it, worked his tail off for the majority of the cold February day and got the issue handled by the time the other guys said they would be able to come do a first look at it. That is the story of how I came to only use Paschall Plumbing, Heating and Cooling!

I just can't say enough things about this company. Pascual plumbing heating is one of the best if not the best plumbing company in our community. Very flexible very easy to work with. The technician was polite courteous wore his little booties when he came into the house was able to diagnose the problem of my heater immediately. Because it was an expensive repair I was able to make payments to them. Office staff very professional easy to speak to nonthreatening non-intimidating. They did their job and I would highly highly recommend this company. Not knowing that I was entitled to or was giving discounts because I was a senior citizen was a big plus. Very patient with me I just can't say enough things about this company again I would go to nobody else but them.

Matt at Paschall Plus was great. He replaced my old hot water tank with a tankless hot water heater. He worked quickly, efficiently, explained everything to me and cleaned up after himself. He was also very nice & polite.
I would definitely call Matt for my future projects.

I had Matt install an RO system that I had purchased online. There were a number of issues with the system not working properly (no fault of Paschall’s). As a result Matt had to make multiple trips back to my house and spend a great deal of time on the phone with customer service for the system I had bought. He was available via text and did what it took to make the issue right by me. I am more than pleased with the service I would received from him.

Air Conditioner Replacement in Sparks. On Tuesday, June 12, Joe installed a new Coleman Evcon air conditioning system at our home in Sparks. We are very satisfied with the work Joe did and felt that you should be advised of our experience, We had had Joe do work here before, and see is always very professional in all aspects of the job. He always explains what needs to be done, approximately how long it will take and the const involved. When the job is finished, he cleans the area up thoroughly which we appreciate. In short, Joe is a pleasure to work with, which is rare in today’s business world!

Great Customer Service! I initially submitted a request to one of those online companies that promises to have professionals call you. 24 hours and no call. I called Paschall Plumbing and they sent Chad out that same day. Chad was great. I would highly recommend Paschall Plumbing. Great customer service and pricing. Great customer service and great knowledgeable technician!!! I called Paschall to come and assess my water heater. Joe was the technician who came out and he was great! He presented me with a few different service/replacement options and at no point did I feel he was trying to up-sell me! Joe flushed out the water heater free-of-charge. I will 100% be using Paschall when we do replace the water heater and for any other plumbing issues going forward! They also came out to the house within 6 hours of my initial call which was a non-emergency. Great customer service and great knowledgeable technician!!!

Thank You!!! I called this morning and got bruce on the phone. told him what my problem was and he told me what to do to try to fix the problem. my son in law came over to help and we did everything he said but no luck. then my son in law came back over to try something he had seen online. well low and behold what he tried worked. the heater is working again and we are just thrilled that bruce gave us tips to save us money. if anyone needs help I would recommend calling and see if bruce can help you too. they are awesome. Furnace Wasn't Working This Morning. The furnace wasn't working this a.m. Called at 6 am and Bruce said he was in his car, headed to the office. Said he thought they had an opening @ 10 am but would need to get to the office and call back. He did and there was. Got another call when the tech was on his way. Joe, the technician, was very professional and patiently listened to my non-technical description of the problem and explained what he found wrong and then got to it. All throughout, from top to bottom, my experience was better than expected. They'll be my first call next time.

My testimonial regarding Paschall Plumbing & the Air Scrubber. I have been an asthmatic for most of my life. After moving in with my mother in law to care for her, who smoked in her home for 37 years and had a cat for 15 years, my asthma and allergies worsened. I was on the maximum dose of my medications. Bruce, from Paschall, suggested the Air Scrubber system and Joe came out to explain how it worked. We decided to have them install it without even thinking it over. It was and still is one of the best investments we have ever made. After one month family and friends commented on how fresh the house smelled, my asthma was far better controlled, and my medications were drastically scaled back… even with my mother in law still smoking in the house! I recommend this system to anybody with OR without allergies and pulmonary afflictions as it truly does “scrub” the air circulating in the home making it a healthier, cleaner, and sanitized environment. I am so grateful for the team at Paschall for all of the work they’ve done for us over the years including pipe replacement (gas and water), HVAC repairs/cleaning, and of course plumbing. We simply won’t call anyone else.

Excellent Service. Bill was very professional. Excellent. Bill arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and showed me why a replacement was really my only option - gas was not being regulated when heating water and had resulted in a damaged unit that was no longer safe, At no time did I feel I was being pressured to buy a new unit. After replacing the unit, he turned the water on. At that moment, then line running to the outside bib broke, creating a small flood by the water valve for the refrigerator. This had nothing to do with the hot water tank repair, it was an inevitable break. Turns out the original contractor had tipped the pipe in the wrong direction. Although this was an unexpected job, Bill was willing to do it on the spot. Bill made the smallest cut possible in the interior drywall, replaced the bad line and added appropriate fittings for the pipe to angle correctly. He also installed a new bib. The additional work was unexpected but only an extra $100. Best of all, he mopped up all the water! Super service, very professional and well worth the price.

Great people, great service! The day before Super Bowl Sunday i came home to a flooded garage! Water heater. We called another co who said they would show up in an hr. Never showed, never called ! We called Bruce at Paschell. What a difference. He sent someone out the same day. It was Super Bowl so we didn't really think much would happen. But Tim came out, accessed the problem and even came up with a better way to set up the drain from heater, so garage will not flood again. We even got done before the big game!! We are retired and have used many services through the years. We are super excited to have found a reliable, friendly co. Awesome Service. I had multiple companies come out and try to fix my furnace. I then called Paschall. They sent Tim who was very helpful and informative. He was able to fix the problem in one visit when the other companies came out several times and were unable to get the heat back on. I highly recommend this company!!

Excellent work! Bruce at Paschall Plumbing has the best plumbers in town!! My wife and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday with my Mom and returned home to find our home freezing cold.
